Georgina's Hunt for the Wizard

One fine sunny day, not very long ago, on my break, I was out scouting the forest (King's Forest to be exact), with my bestie viper.

"We've gone so far," said viper as we neared a clearing.

"Nope," I said, for we had only been hiking for about ten minutes or so.

As the clearing came into view, we could see an old, wise, elf sitting in a old wooden chair, covered in moss. It looked like it was carved right out of a stump!

"The elder seems wise. Could we ask him what we should look for?" said viper.

I nodded in agreement. The elf seemed to over hear us because he said, "Oh, I'm sorry my mouth is zipped, but i can help you. You should go south to Brinn were there is a babbling creek. Then go by flying down the creek. Then once you can see fishing villages, turn there. answer the riddle, then solve it. That's the way to go."

"Wow," I breathed as I went through all the steps, but Viper was already racing south waiting.

"Sorry, I have to catch up to my friend."

"It's okay. I'm used to it," the elf said.

Once I caught up to viper, we went south, like we we're told. Unfortunately, we ran into an ice python, den!

"Rah." Viper bit the snakes so we had enough time, to escape. Another unfortunate downside was that we found out that we could not fly over the creek because we landed belly flopping into the creek. It was a good thing that we could swim (a little, we could only dive like dolphins).

"Look, there's fishing villages!" said viper.

We turned like we were told.

"What should we do now?" I said.

"I don't know. Where's the riddle?" said viper.

"Oh look! There's a card on the ground!" I said.

We read the card together. It said, "Find the place, where I sit on the throne. Find the place that you might call _____.

"Whoa," viper said.

I nodded. Then I shouted, "HOW ARE WE GOING TO SOLVE THIS RIDDLE!" I knew viper didn't have an answer for me, because, she just shook her head.

We thought for a while, then viper broke the silence with: "You know, that clearing really, felt like home."

"Viper! that's it!"

"What's it?"

"Home! that's the answer!"

Now the riddle looks like this: find the place were I sit on the throne, find the place that you might call home.

"let's go back to the elf that's probably were the riddle meant." "okay and let's bring the card." when we got back, the elf was waiting. "hello again, did you get the card?" "how did you know?" viper said. the elf just peered down at the card then transformed into a beautiful wizard, covered in beautiful patterns. he said thank you for playing the great hunt for the wizard see you next time then he disappeared.
