Pax does not believe that anyone can own land. He explains this by saying, "Trees provide perches for all birds, so that they may fill the forest with song." We are not sure what he means exactly, but we can tell you that in the Realm of Pax, you do not use gold coins to purchase land. Instead, if you want to settle in this realm, you reserve a piece of land, put a building on it, and keep it for as long as you live there. If you leave the land for more than two turns (on Earth that means "two years") then you no longer have any claim on the land and someone else can use it. If you want to reserve a piece of land, you must start a charity. Put your charity on "Charity Street." Once you do that, pick a lot and start enjoying your land.
